What a whirlwind year it has been. If you don’t know, I not only help 100’s of practice owners around the world grow their practices but myself and my business partner also own 9 practices. I’m always so surprised how few “consultants” actually make money from the thing they teach ……….. anyhow, that’s another can of worms I won’t quite open now 🙂
We just finished quarter 2 of 2021 and it just happens to be a record quarter for us.
- Record visits
- Records new patients
- Record profit
Just as well because, much like many of you reading this, just over a year ago, when the first lockdown was enforced, we had to close our doors for 2 months and lost over 1.5 million dollars.
Yip, you read that correctly .
Boy, what a great email this is to be able to write to you with that in mind.
ANYHOW….
The reason for this post is to share with you what we are focusing on in the next 90 days.
One of the benefits my Mastermind group get to leverage is that they get to have a “fly on the wall”, insiders view on all our successes, ahead of the curve innovations, what’s working now and what’s not, right from the horse’s mouth. Form one of the, if not THE largest privately own chiropractic groups in the world!
Additionally, I get to “predict” or attempt to predict what strategy will give my own office’s a leg up in the upcoming 90 days.
I don’t always get it right, but BOY WHEN I DO……… it’s a six figure day for most that listen!
ARE YOU READY ?
I truly believe that many will achieve records over the next 90 to 180 days, by being ahead of the what’s just about to happen in most market places in the world (but not all).
By and large …. THE WORLD IS OPENING UP AGAIN!
In most American states, United Kingdom and Europe there is a shift happening, or its already happened, recently to allow for in person meetings and group gatherings !
My prediction is that there is a “slingshot” coming, that’s driven by the behaviour of the marketplace and or “need” and craving people will have for theses type of events …
YOUR JOB IS TO ADAPT AND PIVOT SO YOU RIDE THAT WAVE.
There is a saying, “STEP IN FRONT OF THE MARKET, DON’T CREATE IT” .
HERE IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO DO JUST THAT…..

LIVE EVENTS AND ALL THINGS LIVE !
- Screenings (fairs, fetes etc)
- In house talks
- Dinner workshops
- Lunch n learns in companies
- Health classes of all nature
- In house screenings
- etc etc
Many of these we were still able to do in the last year but most we weren’t….
WHY MANY WON’T DO IT!
Simple —- It’s perceived as hard work.
- Success generally comes from doing what others are either not prepared to do or are simply too lazy to do!
or
- Seeing what the masses do and doing the opposite…
