How does it work and what’s included:

  • We'll follow-up on all new patient enquiries including Facebook leads, in-house screening leads, 'Health Talk' leads, Website offer enquirers i.e. 50% off, etc
  • We guarantee ALL your New Patient Leads will be followed up within 15 mins, 7 days a week, 12 hours a day (8am to 8pm).
  • Initial Consultation/ROF’s and Event appointments booked directly into your diary for total ease
  • Payment Taken over the phone (if requested)
  • Each new patient lead will also enter our 'tried and tested' New Patient Booking Sequence which includes up to:
    20 phone calls
    12 emails 8 texts

  • All responses to calls, texts and emails will be handled by my team with appropriate steps actioned!
  • Have high value clients that need reactivating? We will also call & text reactivation lists!

  • Leads will be offered a "soft bridge" including a free screening or paid appointment booked directly into your diary.
  • What's a "cold lead" - Cold leads are classed as any Warm leads not booked within 14 days - (Facebook, Screening, Website etc)
