How Do I Spend 4 hours a Week Running My $7 Million Dollar a Year Business? Part 2

What To Do Next...continued from part 1

I’m convinced that there are only two main “capacity” blocks that exist. The first is a genuine “time” capacity we all have. It is certainly true that every one of us has completely different time commitments and restrictions etc, but it’s a fact that we have them. No exceptions. We are limited in the available time we have, to commit to any one area of our life. Therefore, managing what we do in that time becomes IMPERATIVE to your success!

The second is a capacity on “skillset”. This may be that we have a skillset gap with regards to financial literacy, marketing, tech etc. Either way, we are all pretty terrible at quite a few very important business needs.

Both can be solved with LEADERSHIP and MONEY.

Leadership: If you are  going to achieve anything substantial, you’re going to need to learn the leadership, communication and business skills to build, develop and grow a team. The “lifestyle” practice with no front desk assistant or no team IS THE BIGGEST LIE EVER SOLD TO CHIROPRACTORS!

That is only sold to you by people that haven’t taken the time or invested the resources to learn how to grow a team themselves. They lack a skill and boy is it a massive skill to lack. In fact, it has to be the skill most needed to create a life of freedom.

Even a “lone ranger” type entrepreneur has to at least develop the skills to outsource the many facets of a business. Trust me, that in itself needs a thorough understanding of this topic.

People are people and no matter their association with you or your business, they will still gravitate towards the entity or person that allows them to grow and demonstrates leadership qualities. It’s a survival mechanism.

Simply not attending to the many facets needed to run a business, like marketing, finance, operations etc, or pretending that “you’ve got it” when we all know that isn’t the case, is business delinquency!

If you think managing people is difficult (which it is) try managing an empty bank account and no time! I promise, you will quickly realize that the perceived pain of doing so … will outweigh the pain of not.

A “lifestyle business” … is nothing more than a “no freedom”… business.

MONEY: I was once taught, that you do not have a problem if you have enough money to solve the problem!

The point of operating at insane profit margins is NOT to simply pocket it all. Yes, it’s nice to have…but its nicer to have what it can afford you. Freedom and speed. This is created by using capital to buy skillsets, assets or hiring more team members. That’s freedom!

Both Leadership and Money Are Results NOT the Goal!

They come as a happy byproduct of learning the skillset of business. People over complicate business. It’s simply learning systems and structures that are involved in the pursuit of serving as many people as you desire and want.

This is hard! And out of hard things, come character. Character is often spoken of in good leaders and money, more than often, follows not only character but good leadership!

Become a good business for the leader you become, on the pursuit of the “thing” … and the profit and freedom will follow!
