I’m coming to realise the following facts more and more as I continue on this journey of business growth.
1) There is constant, and consistent messaging about success and wealth creation being bad in certain industries. It may not always be obvious but at the very least within healthcare, wether we see it or not…almost everyone I have ever worked with struggles with the unabashed guilt free “selling” of the thing.
2) If a particular industry or masses ALL do something in a particular way…then it’s probably wrong. Any mass adoption of anything by the “masses” IS ALMOST ALWAYS A SURE RACE TO MEDIOCRITY.
3) Consider this, if someone HAS TO SAY “I’M A ALPHA”…they’re probably not…in the same light…if someone says “IT’S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY”…it normally is, which I don’t have a problem with but what I do have a problem with is their attempt “cover it up” by plugging some altruistic “mission” .
Listen…there is no doubt that when money is the “only thing” it barely ever follows. Yes, adding value to the market place comes first, then the money follows…BUT MAKE NO MISTAKE – it absolutely needs to ALSO be about the money!
Money will not come if you do not give it the respect it deserves e.g. if you say “money is not that important to you” then trust me, it won’t stay. The exact same way that a partner, wife, husband or girlfriend or boyfriend wouldn’t hang around if you said “you’re just not that important to me”…let that sink in 😉

When was the last time you saw someone in our industry on the Forbes rich list??????? Probably means we should all take A LOT more notice of the business and success lessons outside of it 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️
